A detailed Implementation Plan is developed after evaluating and reviewing aspects including cost and value drivers; client skills and resource availability; external dependencies; and, of course, critical dates.

The project is subject to critical feedback loops and milestone sign-offs to ensure progress is on track. Costs are constantly tracked and reviewed to ensure compliance with plans.
