Our 2014 WCS User Group took place on 13th/14th May at Hotel Allegro, in Downtown Chicago. 

The event was built around the launch of the new CSnx WMS module, and gave attendees the chance to hear real-life experiences from colleagues and to network with industry peers, providing a valuable opportunity to share ideas and best-practices, and this year contained even more user stories, industry insights and WCS business updates.

Our foundation customers heard from keynote speaker, Richard J. Sherman, (Principal Essentialist, Trissential & Author of Supply Chain Transformation) who addressed many of the key issues facing the industry, including Farm to Fork, Social in the Workplace, and Supply Chain Trends and Predictions.

Further highlights included customer case studies, a focus on the ‘Connected Age’ of retail from Richard Sherman, the future of Voice presented by technology expert Voiteq, and further discussion on WCS product strategy as well as an interactive session to influence both SCM/400 and the Next Generation functional roadmap.

There was a chance to engage with our key investors at Capital Eye, alongside productive round table discussion and insights with customers from Nisa, East of England Co-Op, Bozzutos, Affiliated Foods, and Musgrave.

The User Conference also offered attendees a chance to reflect on the history and heritage of WCS and the vital part we have played in our customers’ success. View the video below to find out more.
