WCS is pleased to confirm this year’s user conference, will take place in Cork, Ireland on Wednesday 1st and Thursday 2nd November at The Kingsley Hotel.
The event is always a great opportunity for our customers to engage with each other in an open and collaborative environment, and this year is set to be no less valuable. We pride ourselves on providing our customers with a regular platform to debate and discuss the challenges they are facing on a daily basis, and offer insights from both users and industry professionals on how to ensure technology allows them to stay competitive.
This year attendees will get a chance to hear first-hand experiences of how organisations have managed their transition to CSnx – our new platform built to meet today’s complex supply chain both technologically and functionally.
We will also showcase the very latest CSnx modules, as well as explore the value of disruptive technologies that could play an important role within your distribution centres and supply chain in the coming months and years. This includes the likes of drones, robotics, internet of things and artificial intelligence. We’ll explore where these are currently being used, what ROI can be gained and how valuable these types of technologies are to your business today and in the future.
Each year we always invite customers to speak openly about working with WCS and to share what they have gained by adopting new features and modules within our offering, At our last user conference we heard from Musgrave Retail Partners Ireland, Nisa Retail Limited and East of England Co-Operative Society on their process of evaluating why they felt CSnx was their chosen upgrade path and this year, you will hear about their project experience, plus lessons learnt whilst implementing CSnx.
